Known for her strategic execution and skills to approach a challenge analytically while engaging key stakeholders, she has achieved sustainable success delivering strategic and tactical solutions to executive level stakeholders.  Ms. Gordon has developed strategies from idea inception to execution with measurable positive impact to the bottom-line.  

Ms. Gordon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management, a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management with a Global Urban Leadership concentration and has a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She is an adjunct professor at the University of Akron and serves on the Akron University Business Advisory Board; Board of Directors of Dancing Classrooms, Board of Trustees for the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad; Board of Directors for the Greater Cleveland Urban Film Foundation and Central Area Strategic Planning Chair, Links, Incorporated.
